Reasonable Accommodations - Employees
The Disability Compliance Office facilitates and coordinates reasonable accommodations, as defined by the ADA and the California Fair Employment & Housing Act (FEHA), for all County employees with disabilities. A reasonable accommodation is a logical adjustment made to a job and/or the environment that enables an otherwise qualified person with a disability to perform the essential functions of their position.
If you need reasonable accommodations, complete the Accommodation Employee Request Form.
