County Program Access Information
Title II of the ADA requires all County programs, services, facilities and communication be accessible to and usable by people with disabilities. The County is committed to improving access to County programs and services and providing accommodation to individuals with disabilities as required under state and federal law, including the ADA. The DCO provides information, training, and resources to County departments to assist them in designing and implementing programs, policies and procedures to help them meet these requirements.
Public Access Requests
For an accommodation or modification request:
- Disability Access Complaint/Assistance (Online) Request Form
- If assistance is needed to complete the form, contact the Disability Compliance Office.

- Public Meetings will be in accessible rooms and buildings with proximity to public transportation. Notices/materials will be provided in accessible formats, upon request; contact the meeting organizer to make a request.
- Communication will be effective and equivalent for any of the County Department's programs, services or activities; contact the responsible Department to make a request for alternate format(s). - Service/Support Animals will be welcome in public areas of County facilities.
